Our Heritage
A journey of artistry, patience, and timeless craft
Natbrookas was born from a simple yet profound belief: that the ancient art of bead embroidery deserves a place in the modern world. What began as a small workshop in 2018 has grown into a community of artisans, crafters, and dreamers who share a passion for creating beauty one bead at a time.
The Beginning
Our story begins with a single embroidery hoop and a handful of glass beads. Founder Elena Marchetti, a trained textile artist from Florence, discovered the meditative power of beadwork during a particularly challenging winter. What started as a personal practice soon became an obsession with the intricate patterns and luminous textures that only beads could create.
Our Philosophy
At Natbrookas, we believe that craft is not merely about creating objects—it's about creating moments of presence in a distracted world. When you sit down with one of our embroidery kits, you're not just making something beautiful. You're engaging in a practice that has connected humans across cultures and centuries.
Our Journey
Natbrookas is founded in a small studio in Prague, with our first collection of three embroidery kits.
We expand our collection to 15 designs and begin shipping to customers across Europe.
During a challenging year for the world, our community grows as people discover the calming power of beadwork.
Natbrookas reaches 50,000 customers worldwide. We introduce our first collaborative designs with contemporary artists.
Today, Natbrookas continues to grow, staying true to our roots while embracing innovation in design and craft education.
Our Commitment
As we look to the future, our commitment remains unchanged: to preserve the art of bead embroidery, to support the community of makers who practice it, and to introduce this beautiful craft to new generations.
