How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €75.
What skill level are your kits designed for?
We offer kits for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced embroiderers. Each kit includes detailed instructions and we also provide video tutorials for many of our designs.
Can I exchange a kit if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer a 30-day exchange policy for unopened kits in original packaging. Please see our Exchanges Policy for complete details.
